Removed existing wall, exposing brick. Floated then plastered the wall. Insulated and enclosed the floorboards with fire resistant insulation and boards. Installed exterior tap. Installed cast iron radiator. Restored wooden floor. Replaced exterior down pipe, door and leaded window. End of build clean.
